Cancellation Policy

1. Before the Campaign Starts:

   • Clients can cancel their campaign at any time before it starts and receive a full refund.

2. After the Campaign Starts:

   • Once the campaign has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, except in cases where the agreed follower targets are not met.

Procedure to Request a Refund or Cancellation

1. Refund Request:

   • To request a refund, send an email to contact@musicrisepr.com with your campaign details and the reason for the request.

   • Our team will review your request and contact you within 5 business days.

2. Campaign Cancellation:

   • To cancel a campaign before it starts, you must contact your campaign manager in the same email thread where they send you the playlists for approval.

   • The cancellation and refund will be confirmed within 5 business days of the request.
